Positive: Great location only a 2/3 minute walk from the old city gates. Clean, spacious modern room. Laundry room facilities were really helpful. The hosts are a lovely couple and were a great help with organizing our onward travel. Would highly recommend.

Positive: Spotlessly clean and the modern finish was perfect. Everything was brand new and excellent quality. The owners have done a remarkable job of creating these apartments from a former small local maternity hospital. Location for the old town is fantastic at around 300 Mtrs from Pile gate, another thing we appreciated was there are just 12 stairs from the road to the apartment… a very rare thing in Dubrovnik believe me and very welcome! Communication with the owners was very good and the owner even met us when our taxi arrived with an umbrella as the heavens had opened when we arrived, nice touch :) Highly recommend booking as soon as you can as once the word gets out about these new apartments you will struggle to get the dates you want !

Positive: Loved everything about the experience. .The host was great, the location was perfect, and the whole apartment was new, clean, and nicely designed. The balcony was a nice plus while the courtyard makes it unique. Book it without any worries.

Positive: A most wonderful find in Dubrovnik. So close to the Pile Gate, and the Old Town. New and Fresh. Quiet and extremely comfortable. Easy access to local beach, restaurants etc. The fruit platter and Cherry Liquor (made by the host) were a bonus. Host greeted us on site and walked us through the apartment. Laundry facilities (communal) on the lower ground level of the apartment building were superb - clean and easy to use. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would be happy to come back again.
Negative: Very minor dislike ... we would have liked an iron and ironing board in our room. There was however access to a steam iron in the communal laundry on the lower ground floor, but it was a little inconvenient. Also it would have been great to have some cloth face washers for the bathroom. These items however would not stop us from coming back.
Summary: Perfect Place to Stay! We would love to return again one day!

Positive: 12 out of 10!!! I am usually travelling a lot for business, so get to see the better or worse business class hotel chains in Asia and Europe. Adam and Cupid made me speechless and wide eyed. The host offered a super close nearby parking slot, and picked me up to get me to the room. Communication was flawless and easy. With the first step into the garden, my stress level sank to below 0, and I knew instantly THIS IS THE PLACE. The entree and the stairs, you could feel there is lots of history, and the house has been renovated from its base. Entering the room, which was spacious, one could feel the love to the details being put into the design, the idea, the concept. Usually I have my eyes circling the room to find flaws or dark corners, this time I was busy to explore and enjoy the details... Golden-Brown was delicately used to give the room its personality. Hand painted wall, a wall with love-letters. Yes, Cupid is all over the place. Call me spiritually or not: The house being a birth-house in its past, left as an inheritance its positive energy to Life and welcoming New-Borns to this World. I felt safe and warm and embraced by Cupid. Adam and Cupid will become my Dubrovnik place to be and to go.
Negative: There is nothing I didn´t like!
Summary: 12+ out of 10! Cupid`s love everywhere.....

Positive: I had the absolute pleasure of staying in this beautifully renovated apartment located in a historic converted hospital building. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how thoughtfully designed and immaculately maintained everything was. The apartment is brand new, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with high-end finishes and quality appliances throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a separate laundry room with washers, dryers and a steam iron. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the overall space was very quiet and peaceful, ensuring a great night's sleep. One of the highlights was the private balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. There’s also a charming shared garden area where you can relax and unwind surrounded by greenery. Despite Dubrovnik’s often steep terrain, this apartment was easily accessible with just a few steps – a rare and very welcome find in the city! The location is ideal: just a short walk to a grocery store, the beach and the famous Pile Gate, giving you direct access to the Old Town without being caught in the tourist crowds all the time. The hosts were truly outstanding – incredibly helpful, responsive and genuinely warm people. They provided wonderful recommendations, ensured I had everything I needed and even offered me a delicious homemade liqueur upon arrival – such a thoughtful touch. I honestly cannot fault this place. It exceeded all expectations and I only wish I had booked it for a longer stay. Whether you're visiting Dubrovnik for the first time or returning, this apartment offers a perfect mix of comfort, convenience and charm. Highly, highly recommended. My photos don't do it justice.

Positive: A star is born... This is the first phrase coming to my mind when I think in the beautiful days we spent in this magnificent property. Maybe it is not a coincidence that it was the first Maternity Home in Dubrovnik when you feel the love and caring of each detail, surprising you as a new born. That's how we felt during our vacation enjoying the refined accomodation our hosts shared with us. As for babies words are only sounds in the air but express themselves with other senses, my friend and I can only thank, smile and treasure those great moments in Adam and Cupid. Thanks to Sara and Vjeko this home is born again and we strongly recommend it if you want to feel care and amazingly surprised for it's elegance and warmth. Leonora and Jeminha.
